وخلال اللقاء اطلع رئيس الأركان من قائد المنطقة الأولى، على الجاهزية القتالية لوحدات المنطقة، والأوضاع الميدانية والأمنية في نطاقها العملياتي، وعلى ما تم إنجازه خلال العام الجاري من الخطة التدريبية، مؤكدا اهتمام قيادة وزارة الدفاع ورئاسة هيئة الأركان العامة بالمنطقة العسكرية الأولى.
من جانبه أكد قائد المنطقة العسكرية الأولى، على الجاهزية القتالية والروح المعنوية العالية لمنتسبي المنطقة، والاستعداد الكامل لتنفيذ توجيهات للقيادة السياسية والعسكرية.
