اصدر ࢪئيس ما يسمى بـ المجلس الانتقالي الجنوبي اللواء عيدروس الزبيدي قرارا جديدا قضى بتعيين قائد جديد لقوات الحزام الأمني في ابين.
وجاء القرار من نصيب حيدره السيد وهو شقيق العميد الشهيد عبداللطيف السيد.
وقال موقع المجلس الانتقالي باته صدر اليوم الأحد، 13 أغسطس 2023م الموافق 26 محرم 1445هـ، قرار رئيس المجلس الانتقالي، قضت مادته الأولى بتعيين حيدرة محمد حسين بافقيه قائدا للحزام الأمني لمحافظة أبين.
وقضت المادة الثانية من القرار بأن يُعمل به من تاريخ صدوره ويلغى أي قرار سابق يتعارض مع أحكامه، ونشره في الجريدة الرسمية للمجلس الانتقالي الجنوبي.
